Tickets purchased on our Site are typically subject to a per ticket service fee and a per order processing fee. In many cases, delivery fees will also be owed. You may be able, in some instances, to purchase tickets directly from the venue registration office without paying our online service fee. |

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm via your DomCon or DomCon.com whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall, Workshops, and Main Convention Areas. Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied entry to any and all convention events. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume or purchase alcoholic beverages at any DomCon event. Valid Identification will be required and must be shown to all bar staff upon request for any alcoholic beverages at any event associated with DomCon. Anyone under the age of 21 who is discovered to be consuming alcoholic beverages during any of the DomCon events may be removed from the event and denied admission to DomCon without receiving a refund of any fees previously paid. |

Still photography is allowed by all attendees during the convention events except The Friday Night Event, The Saturday Night Event, and The Sunday Night Event. Video cameras will NOT be allowed within any event without prior expressed written consent and valid Photo Pass. DomCon reserves the right to remove and/or deny further admission to the convention and/or to any or all of its events to anyone using a video camera without expressed written consent and a valid Photo Pass. Stage performances during the convention are allowed to be photographed in the Exhibit Hall, however, only approved photographers with a DOMCON PHOTO PASS may shoot the stage at the nightly events. Photographers violating this procedure may be removed from the event and banned from any future DomCon events. DomCon staff photographers are aware of some peoples desire to not be photographed and will not photograph anyone off stage without their permission. Attendees who do not want to be photographed may obtain a "NO PHOTO WRISTBAND" (Free of Charge) at the Registration Desk. This will tell all photographers that you do not wish to be photographed this wristband must be worn during the entire event absolutely no exceptions. Attendees reserve the right to deny any person an opportunity to take their photograph. If anyone wishes to photograph an attendee, they must ask that attendee or their authorized representative for permission to do so in advance. The only exception to this rule is if it has been announced that photographs are allowed of certain models in a designated area of the convention room. Please always respect an attendee's privacy. Attending the convention does not imply that all attendees or models wish to be photographed. All demos may be photographed unless specified otherwise. Anyone taking photos and/or video of a demo where photography is not allowed will be asked to leave and may be denied access to any other DomCon event. Please always respect a demonstrator's and their model's privacy. Attending the convention does not imply that all people wish to be photographed. Please understand that DomCon makes every effort to protect your anonymity during sanction DomCon events however I understand that my image may be inadvertently captured. |

By participating in and/or attending DomCon, I the attendee and/or participant do hereby release and discharge from any and all liability, DomCon, its members, agents, employees, representatives, associates, convention staff, and hotel/venue owners, its members, agents, employees, representatives, associates, owners, and corporation, as well as the class instructor/demonstrator for any and all claims and demands arising from the participant’s involvement in DomCon including claims for damages, costs, medical expenses, legal fees, expenses relating to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. |

All consenting adults reserve the right to decide whether or not they will participate in any legal BDSM, bondage or bondage-related events or photo shoots at the convention. All consenting adults are personally responsible for their own welfare and safety during their attendance at DomCon. All persons attending are encouraged to report any misconduct or problems they encounter with photographers, producers and/or fans to a member of DomCon staff, venue management, and/or local police. Neither DomCon, its staff, its members, nor the co-sponsors of the convention or any convention-related events shall be responsible or liable for any claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any transaction or occurrence that takes place in a private hotel room or between private parties attending the convention. All consenting adults entering into agreements to be photographed privately are strongly encouraged to check the references of the person they are dealing with, to have someone they know and trust with them during any private photo shoot, and to resolve all issues of compensation before beginning a private photo shoot. DomCon Is not responsible for any options contained in a private photo shoot that is a non-DomCon sanctioned activity. |

All dress must remain "vanilla" or "family friendly" in all public areas, meaning acceptable street attire and/or casual clothing outside of DomCon Exhibit Hall and other DomCon-related events held in space that is also public.. This means the areas of the hotel that are common to other hotel guests NOT attending DomCon, Chaps without pants underneath are acceptable inside the convention and parties, but NOT in the common areas of the hotel where hotel guests NOT attending DomCon. Please respect this request, violation of the Dress Code may result in an attendee being denied entry to the DomCon and absolutely no refund of any fees previously paid will be given. Violation of those dress code may also result in a banning of all future DomCon events. |

ALL pre-registered convention attendees will be issued a convention badge and wristband, which they must wear or carry with them at all times while in the Exhibit Hall, during all cocktail parties, and during all convention organized events. Failure to do so can result in your ticket being voided with no refund processed, and the possibility of being banned from future events. A replacement fee for your event badge and or your event wristband (determined by our registration desk) will be incurred if your wristband is lost, missed placed or not on your persons during the event. |

No Guarantees or Warranties: The management does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the free event tickets. The tickets are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, whether express or implied. Ticket Revocation: The management may revoke free event tickets without prior notice. Reasons for revocation may include, but are not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of event rules or policies, or any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the management. No Compensation: In the event of ticket revocation, the management is not liable for any compensation or reimbursement, including but not limited to the ticket value, transportation expenses, accommodation costs, or any other associated expenses incurred by the ticket holder. By entering the event premises, you are informed that interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by DomCon and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar DomCon events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of DomCon. You release DomCon, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by DomCon or the person or entity designated to do so by DomCon. |

Including any site membership, event pin, seperate event food ticket, purchased with an event ticket or seperate from an event. Any changed must be made to the order in 24 Hours for modifications. Cardholder Disputes/Chargebacks All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and may prevent future purchases with ML Ticketing given the circumstances. Fraud claims may result in ML Ticketing contacting Subscriber's issuer to protect Subscriber and prevent future fraudulent charges to Subscriber card. Chargebacks that are opened with the intent to defraud the ticket platform along with the event, can be removed from the platform withour warning and will be blacklisted form making purchases online. DomCon, its staff are not responsible if attendees have lost and/or misplaced their admission ticket to the convention or any of the events they may have purchased a separate ticket for. Further, DomCon reserves the right to deny admission to any attendee claiming to have lost or misplaced his or her admission ticket to any event. DomCon reserves the right to alter, add, or modify any and/or all of these General Rules at its sole discretion. DomCon reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone. |

By voluntarily participating in and/or attending a demo or workshop at DomCon, I the attendee and/or participant do hereby release and discharge from any and all liability, DomCon, its members, agents, employees, representatives, associates, convention staff, and hotel/venue owners, its members, agents, employees, representatives, associates, owners, and corporation, as well as the class instructor/demonstrator for any and all claims and demands arising from the participant’s involvement in the Workshop or Demonstration including claims for damages, costs, medical expenses, expenses relating to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. I further agree that anything taught or demonstrated during any workshop or demonstration has been done by professionals in their field, and should not be re-created or attempted without first understanding the proper safety measures. Furthermore, if I do attempt to recreate anything I have been shown or taught, I personally accept all risk and liability for any claims for damages, costs, medical expenses, expenses relating to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death that could possibly occur and release from liability any and all parties listed above. By signing my legal name upon registration, I, the participant and/or attendee, do hereby agree to all of the terms stated within this release and discharge the above named from any and all liability. |
